Delete a Flagship Driver account

Flagship Driver is a product of Flagship Transfers Limited. You can request deletion even if you cannot access the app.

What happens next

  1. We verify that you control the account email.
  2. The relevant transport operator securely processes the request.
  3. Your login is disabled.
  4. Within 30 days, personal data that is not legally required is permanently deleted or anonymised.

Information that may be retained

Historical booking, payment, tax, safety, fraud-prevention or dispute records may be retained where there is a legitimate legal requirement. Where possible, the driver identity attached to retained records is anonymised.
